The First Annual “Blue & White”

Current Eagles, Former Eagles, Coaches, Parents, Friends:

Please join us this Saturday, October 18th for a 2mi. race being held at “Borton Mills Park”. The MAIN Parking Lot is right across the street from 306 Bortons Mill Road, Cherry Hill, NJ 08034.

RACE TIME: 9:00AM

HOW IT WORKS: The race will start at 9AM and it will be an intra-squad race. If there are enough ALUMNI to form a team, we will enter that as well. The BLUE team will be picked by COACH RANKIN and the WHITE team will be picked by COACH BONNETTE. It will score like a regular XC meet. The course is a flat 2 mile course that goes through “the orchards” right by Brace Road. It will be marked. The atmosphere will be informal, but there are bragging rights and prizes at stake for the current runners. For the ALUMNI, if you muster up a team of five – you can take a shot at the current Eagles. The winning Current Eagle team (BLUE or WHITE) will win a dinner on Coach Rankin and Coach Bonnette. The Top Five in the race will receive something as well.

We will have snacks/refreshments afterwards. Alums, please e-mail bbonnette@pvihs.org if you plan on attending or have any questions. All parents, friends, family are welcome to race as well. For spectators, about a mile of the course is out in the open and the finish runs along Brace Road (…not in the road…don’t worry).
